Q. Exactly how much does c3net cost?
A. Since c3net is an Internet-based subscription service,
nonprofit organizations only need Internet access to benefit
from the c3net donor management solution. As a result, you
can avoid the capital cost of acquiring and maintaining an
onsite server, and avoid the upfront cost of server-based
fundraising software and associated training, as well as annual
maintenance fees.
You can enter your data directly into c3net yourself, or we will migrate your data. In most cases, the fee for data migration is $500. Thereafter, the monthly subscription fee is about the cost of your monthly phone bills.
Q. How long am I committed to c3net?
A. Unlike many monthly subscription services, there is absolutely NO minimum time commitment with c3net. You simply pay as you go and you can terminate your service at any time-without penalty or incurring any additional fees. We'll simply return your data to you and thank you for using c3net.
Q. How much will my subscription price increase when new features or upgrades of c3net are released?
A. At c3net, we are totally committed to helping nonprofits succeed. Unplanned increases in expenses reduce the amount of money available for accomplishing your mission. With c3net, we will provide all future upgrades and system enhancements at no additional charge!
Q. Do you offer an electronic payment method?
A. Absolutely. We know how busy you are, so we offer only electronic payment programs. We'll work with you to set up a monthly Electronic Funds Transfer, EFT, avoiding the need for you to write a monthly check to c3net.
Q. Does c3net own my data?
A. No. You and only you own your data. We are simply the stewards of your information, enabling you to access it from anywhere, any time you need. Should you decide to terminate your usage agreement with c3net, you can do so at any time, and we will turn all your files back over to you.
Q. Who can access my data?
A. Only people within your organization, and who are authorized to do so, will be able to access your data. What's more, you can easily set different security levels to enable specific individuals or groups (such as board members versus volunteers), to access specific information.
Q. Is c3net secure?
A. Absolutely. c3net uses state-of-the-art Java Client Technology and sophisticated firewalls to create and maintain a secure encrypted channel between your desktop and our server. In fact, these safeguards make c3net even more secure than most online banking systems, and certainly more secure than most non-profits' existing computer systems and network environments.
Q. How do I see a demo of the c3net solution?
